Being Lazy Around the House

Our Family In Review

We had alot of fun last year between sporting events and enjoying the life here in good ol' Utahs Dixie. Autumn (she's number 6) had alot of fun playing soccer last year. Though I don't know if we'll try it again with her. I'd like to think that we will, but if its one thing we've learned this year is that she is definately our little girl. She sure had fun though. Although I think that maybe if we'd spend a little more time with her in sports that maybe she'd get the whole idea of what is about. Though i wonder if she'll even give it a try again we'll see, but I think we may try some Dance lessons with her next. Our little boy has now turned 1 this year and is not so little any more he's now 18 months and fitting in to 24 month clothes. He definatley keeps us on our toes. We can't take our eyes of him. The other day I caught him with knives in his hands three diffrent times and where he finds them I don't know. I think we've forgot what it's like to have a one year old in the house. Autumn and him are truly the oppisites though. She was nothing compared to Aiden, which is how he's developed th nickname of moster Aiden. Though he can be pretty troublesome at times he is truly the life of the party and keeps us on our toes. He does really love to help his dad though where ever he is he has to be also wether its mowing the lawn or trying fix something under the sink. You can count on his help. We also enjoyed alot of time together in the outdoor s this year from the family reunion to the Deer hunt. Thats one thing I can say my kids truly enjoy, eventhough their mother doesn't so much. One day she'll come around though and learn to love it. I do have to say though that sh is getting better with it knowing that her children and husband enjoy it so much. I thought for sure that Autumn would follow in hher mother's footsteps but beleive it or not she does love the outdoors. Everything from getting dirty to catching fish. She loves do go camping with her family. She may tire quickly on a hike, but I don't think she'd turn one down. Though this year has been a good one we have still had a couple of losses along the way. We have lost a couple of dear Grandfathers/Great Grandfathers this year. Orland Dean Gull and Bill Grahm both passed away this year surrounded by their beloved children, grandchidren and great grand children. they will be rememberd and missed truly. But all in all I think we've had a great year and look forward to having another terrific year in this coming year.
